McKinnon was very professional and lovely to speak with on the phone while I was transferring my insurance. She made the entire process easy and helped me get a better deal. I really appreciated how respectful and professional she was throughout our conversation. She even said “yes ma’am” and “no ma’am,” which I thought was very sweet and showed great manners. We have had insurance with Ben for years and always get fast service. Recently our daughter had a car repair issue. The car had to be towed and then towed a second time. He helped us find someone who could do it fast and less expensive. Time is important when you need your car for work. I never hesitate to call him or his office for answers to questions.

I can’t believe I am writing how pleasurable it was buying insurance. But that was only because of Ben Franklin. Ben was responsive via email and setup a couple one-hour telephone calls to completely answer all my questions and quote the insurance options exactly like I wanted. I ended up saving over $1K/year plus now I have higher insurance limits. I would highly recommend anyone working with Ben for all your insurance needs.

Ben is the definition of what an insurance advisor should be. He handles everything for me. Personal insurance, business coverage, umbrella policies, and personal articles, and he does it with a level of responsiveness and ownership that is incredibly rare these days.
When I need something, Ben is the one who answers. No getting passed off to someone else or excuses. He's detailed oriented and genuinely looks out for your best interests instead of just checking a box.
